The large Amazon Sword plant is the rosette plant perfect for aquarium hobbyists. It has short rhizomes, numerous lance shaped leaves that are pale to dark green with sharply pointed tips, and fairly short stems. Plant it as a partially or fully submersed plant in your large aquarium, you won’t have a problem since it is amphibious. The Amazon Sword can stand alone and still look striking in your aquarium. But, when it is used in groups, it creates an interesting backdrop with other aquarium plants.
